Amazing Caramel Dip

Last night I made up some of this delicious caramel dip. It was the easiest thing ever to make and it tasted AMAZING! Seriously addicting stuff! Once you start dipping into this stuff you may not be able to stop.

In a medium saucepan combine the sugars, corn syrup, and butter.
Cook and stir occasionally until the mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove it from the heat and cool for 5 minutes and then stir in the whipping cream.
Pour it into a jar and store in your refrigerator. You can use this to dip apples, bananas, pour over ice cream, or just eat it plain right out of the jar. :)

Caramel Sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup whipping cream

In a medium saucepan combine sugars, syrup, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Stir in whipping cream. Pour in jar and store in the fridge. It will thicken when cold. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
