Apple Puffed Pancake

I found this recipe one day while browsing cooking blogs on The Sister's Cafe. They have so many yummy recipes that it makes me get hungry just looking at it! Anyway, I saw this one and I just had to try it. I love apples, and I love pancakes. So why not combine them?! This was a good way to spice up our usual German pancakes and we loved it!
Place your butter in a 9x 13 pan and put it into the oven to melt while the oven preheats to 425 degrees.
Chop up the apples.

In a large bowl add milk to the 6 eggs.
Add the cinnamon.-My favorite!
Pour in the flour.
Don't forget the sugar and vanilla. Whisk it all together.
Add apples to the pan of butter and return to oven until the butter sizzles. (Be careful not to let the butter burn!)

Pour the batter over the apples.
Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
