Baby Ruth Bars

When I was growing up my mom would often make these tasty Baby Ruth Bars. Me and my brothers would just gobble them down like crazy! We loved them! They are definitely a family favorite for us! Between the peanut butter and chocolate/butterscotch taste I don't think you can go wrong with these bars!

In a large pot bring the sugar, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil.
Only boil for 45 seconds or it will burn!
Remove the pan from heat and add the peanut butter.
Stir in the peanut butter until it is well combined.
Pour the corn flakes into the mixture and stir to coat.
Press the corn flake mixture into a large, greased, cookie sheet.

In a small bowl melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the microwave. This will take a few minutes to melt with stirring in between. I usually do more chocolate chips than butterscotch.
Stir the chocolate until it is all melted and smooth.
Spread the chocolate/butterscotch mixture on top and then put in the fridge until the chocolate has set up. Cut into squares and serve! These are delicious! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
